A 30% deposit of the total price must be paid within 24 hours of the booking request to secure the reservation. Payment instructions will be provided via email.
The deposit can be paid by card (via the provided payment link) or direct bank transfer.
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the requested dates will become available for other guests.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival.
2. Changes & Cancellations
If the guest’s plans change, they must inform the host via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Check-in: From 15:00
Check-out: Until 10:00
4. House Rules
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
No pets allowed
No parties or events
No smoking inside the villa
Quiet hours: 23:00 – 07:00
5. Guest Responsibilities
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for any minors in the group.
Any third-party visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed access to the property.
All guests must respect the privacy and peace of other guests, neighbors, and the property owners at all times.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests fail to comply with these rules or cause a disturbance.
6. Damages & Lost Property
The lead guest is responsible for any damages caused by their group during the stay. This includes: Breakages, stains, spillages, or damage to furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Lost keys, fobs, or access cards, which will incur a replacement charge.
Any accidental damage should be reported immediately to minimize costs.
Any lost property found after check-out will be held for 1 month. Guests are responsible for arranging collection or covering postage costs if they wish for items to be returned.
7. WiFi Fair & Appropriate Usage Policy
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately.
The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads.
Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
8. Parking
Parking is available inside the property for up to 2 cars.
