A 50% deposit of the total price must be paid within 24 hours of the booking request to secure the reservation. Payment instructions will be provided via email.
The deposit can be paid by card (or Apple Pay / Google Pay), via the provided payment link or direct bank transfer.
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the requested dates will become available for other guests.
The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival.
2. Changes & Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable. However, changes to your booking are possible subject to availability, while a price difference may apply depending on the month and dates. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.

*A cot is provided free of charge upon request for babies 0-2 years old.
**Every Bedroom includes Air Conditioning, while a portable Fan is available in the Living Room.
5. House Rules
Maximum occupancy: 11 guests
No pets allowed
No parties or events
No smoking inside the villa
Quiet hours: 23:00 – 07:00
6. Guest Responsibilities
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for any minors in the group.
Any third-party visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed access to the property.
All guests must respect the privacy and quiet hours of neighbors.
7. Damages
The lead guest is responsible for any damages caused by their group during the stay i.e. breakages, stains, or damage to furniture, and electrical appliances.
Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible.
