Stay at Garden House, a spacious 2-floor maisonette 190m2 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s located in the peaceful village of Nerokouros, 5km from the city center, just a 10-minute drive to get there. The quick access to the highway, makes it the ideal starting point for excursions. Offering a beautiful garden, BBQ area, a terrace and a private pool with sun loungers, it’s the perfect choice for families and groups. Enjoy convenience, and relaxation for an unforgettable experience.
The space
The garden has a variety of beautiful flowers like roses, oleanders, jasmine, olive trees, citrus trees such as oranges, lemons and fruits like figs and pomegranate. You’ll also find a BBQ for grilling delicious meals and a seating area next to it. Additionally, free parking is available within the property for your convenience.
In the backyard, there is a private pool with sun loungers and a shower. When the sun sets, the pool lights up, turning it into your go-to relaxation spot. The bounded space, ensures a worry-free swim for adults while keeping children protected.
The ground floor consists of an open plan living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and oven. One bedroom with a double and a single bed, a sofa bed, and a shower bathroom are also provided on this floor.
The top floor has two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. You’ll also find a large balcony equipped with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and a sun umbrella, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your drink.
Guest access
Getting to our property is a breeze! A quick 25-minute, 16km drive by car takes you to the airport, and the port is just a 10-minute, 6km journey. For optimal convenience, renting a car is recommended to explore the city center (10min, 5km) and hit the nearest sandy beach (15min, 8km). Feel free to park two cars in the garage of the property. Once you arrive, the entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay.
